When your candle is empty, simply send it back to us! We'll refill it with your scent of choice and return it to you for $5 less than the original price.
The bottles are displayed empty because we leave them that way until you've selected the scent you prefer. This allows you to customize your experience!
Absolutely! We’d love to help transform any special bottle into a lasting memory. Please note that the process of cutting bottles isn’t always 100% successful, so if possible, we recommend sending multiple bottles to ensure the best results. In addition please note that the bottles must have a circular top, as we are unable to work with square or rectangular containers.
Our custom candles are made to order and typically take 2-4 days to craft and ship. This allows you to choose your preferred scent, container, and other personalizations, ensuring each candle is uniquely yours. Our ready-to-ship candles are pre-made and exactly as advertised. Once you place an order, they’ll be shipped out the next day, so you can enjoy your candle right away without any wait time.
Unfortunately, at this time, our wax is only available in white to maintain consistent quality. However, we may offer additional color options in the future, and we’ll be sure to notify you when that happens!
